HOSA invites associations and organizations, fundraising companies, publishers, educators and others to meet conference attendees, the nation’s next generation of health professionals, local chapter advisors who are health science and biomedical science teachers, along with administrators and state education agency staff. HOSA VIRTUAL EXPO
Our virtual exhibit floor will feature exhibitors sharing information on health professions, fundraising, education and service opportunities. The HOSA Expo will operate Wednesday-Friday during the conference. Virtual booths are interactive and customizable. Delegates will be able to locate specific booths with the click of their mouse, browse exhibits, or chat 1:1 or in groups with exhibitors. The cost of the Virtual Exhibit Booth is $550.

EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND SEMINAR
HOSA invites partners to submit a workshop proposal for the International Leadership Conference. Virtual workshops will be held on Thursday-Friday. Submit your proposal by June 1. All proposals will be reviewed and submitters will be notified about their proposal status via email. The final virtual workshop materials need to be submitted by June 1.

Accepted presenters who plan to take full advantage of all conference activities such as general sessions and workshops, meetings, and the HOSA Expo are expected to pay the registration fee of $40. If presenters are visiting the conference to provide a workshop only or they are a paid exhibitor, the registration fee will be waived. Accepted speakers and co-speakers are responsible for related expenses, including registration, travel, lodging and meals.
HOSA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The HOSA Scholarship Program allows sponsors to contribute $1,000 per award to recognize students’ academic excellence. Scholarship winners will be recognized at the International Leadership Conference. Donors will receive invitations to a Virtual Scholarship Networking Reception along with a listing in the conference program, recognition included on HOSA website scholarship page and will be able to present a plaque to scholarship recipient. The donor’s logo will be displayed on screen during the recognition portion of the HOSA International Leadership Conference opening session.
