At the HOSA 2017 International Leadership Conference (ILC), partners have opportunities to network with 9,000+ future health professionals who will experience four days of national competition, leadership development, teambuilding, health related workshops, dynamic general sessions and high expectations!  HOSA invites associations and organizations, fundraising companies, publishers, educators and others to meet conference attendees, the nation’s next generation of health professionals, local chapter advisors who are health science and biomedical science teachers, along with administrators and state education agency staff.  There are many opportunities to partner with HOSA including conference sponsorships, exhibiton opportunities and workship presentations.

HOSA Exposition

Our exhibit floor will feature over 100  organizations sharing information on health professions, fundraising, education and service opportunities. The 2017 HOSA Expo will operate Wednesday, June 21 through Friday, June 23 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Expo hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel. Exhibitors should plan to register and setup on Wednesday, June 21 at 10 a.m. and exhibit break down begins on Friday, June 23  at 1 p.m.  Register for the 2017 HOSA Expo.

HOSA invites partners to submit a workshop proposal for the 2017 National Leadership Conference.  Workshops will be held on Thursday-Friday, June 22-23.  Submit your proposal using our online system by May 1, 2017. All proposals will be reviewed and submitters will be notified about their proposal status via email on or before May 15, 2017. The final workshop schedule will be available the week of June 1 and include date, time and room location. Submit a workshop proposal.

Accepted presenters who plan to take full advantage of all conference activities such as general sessions and workshops, meetings, and the HOSA Expo are expected to pay the registration fee of $90. If presenters are visiting the conference to provide a workshop only, they are a paid exhibitor or HOSA sponsor, registration fee will be waived. Accepted speakers and co-speakers are responsible for related expenses, including registration, travel, lodging and meals.


Scholarship Donor

The HOSA Scholarship Program allows sponsors to contribute $1,000 per award to recognize students’ academic excellence. Scholarship winners will be recognized at the International Leadership Conference. Donors will receive invitations to the 2017 Scholarship Dinner, along with a listing in the conference program, recognition included on HOSA website scholarship page and will be able to present a plaque to scholarship recipient. The donor’s logo will be displayed on screen during the recognition portion of the HOSA 2017 International Leadership Conference opening session. Contribute to the 2017 HOSA Scholarship Fund.
